Reading and storytelling with your children promotes brain development and imagination, develops language and emotions, and strengthens their relationship with you and others.

The first English language translation of one of the greatest books ever written says ''study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.” The Bible, 2 Timothy 2:15. Of all the ways you can study, reading is definitely the best way.

Reading, especially a physical paper book is good for you and your children because it improves your focus, memory, empathy, and communication skills. Many life coaches have testified that reading even before going to bed is a good tool for relaxing the mind, winding down, and giving you better sleep than watching something.

According to studies when reading calms you down, helps reduce stress, improves your mental health, and helps you live longer. Reading also allows you to learn new things to help you succeed in your work and relationships. Blessed reading.
